Would love to see this bar's rating go up. Low due to one bad review about service......I found the opposite. I walked here from Pescia (highly recommended on the old mule trail) and was greeted with a warm welcoming hello. I tried my poor Italian and was asked if I'd prefer to order in Italian or English. I went for the practice, which meant I was slow, but the staff member was very patient and helpful. I just had a coffee and cake which were both nice. I lovely halfway stop off and I would definitely recommend for a coffee and cake.- Wait time

Ottime le focacce ripiene, croccanti e ben imbottite. Personale molto gentile, abbiamo pranzato al fresco ad uno dei tavolini esterni.

Arriviamo di domenica a Collodi, parcheggiamo di fronte a Villa Garzoni, e andiamo a prendere subito un caffè in questo bar che è situato davanti alla villa.
Entriamo e nemmeno veniamo salutati, noi diamo il "buona sera".
Decido di prendere un pezzo dolce e chiedo al commesso "con cosa sono farcite le sfoglie?". La risposta, mentre le agguantava con le pinze è stata: "ah boh, bella domanda, ogni volta è 'sta storia con queste sfoglie!"
Io, un po allibita, ho detto di darmene una (a sorpresa!).
Ho ordinato i caffè. Bevuto il caffè sono andata alla cassa.
Mi è stato fatto lo scontrino, ho pagato e salutato: nessun saluto da parte dell'addetto.
Il pezzo dolce, mah..passabile.
Il caffè insomma.
L'educazione del saluto, magari, sarebbe consigliata visto che lavora al pubblico.
Se non vi piace un lavoro, beh..cambiatelo!!!
